This means that we ship all items exclusively in brand-new, sturdy outer shipping boxes!
No shipping in bags, cookie boxes, or any other random nonsense!
If figures or statues come with a shipper, we ship them double boxed whenever possible!
We only use high-quality packing materials! No old newspapers, trash bags, or towels.
Shipping exclusively via DHL! For us, the best shipping partner on the market!
Free shipping within Germany on orders over €100.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery directly to your doorstep. In some cases, the delivery driver may leave the parcel at a DHL parcel shop or service point if delivery to the address is not possible.

The delivery period begins for payment by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, and for other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery period ends at the end of the last day of the stated period. If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take its place.
